Two Elements of Wealthy People

Some people said that a wealthy person has the capability to have all the materials things in life. A Wealthy person have mansion, cars, and huge amount of money. Actually this is not exactly the meaning of being wealthy. Wealthy people means two things and two things alone. Here are the two elements of Wealthy People:

1. The mindset to create money.

2. The ability to create money.

Have you heard of CARP? Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program project by the government where in it will distribute their land on the farmers or the tenants. Did you know that this was a dismal failure? After few years, all the lands are redistributed back to the land owners by selling it back by the farmers.  You know why it was a failure? That is because the farmers did not have the mindset to create money and the ability to create money.

I want to give a conjectural situation. Imagine that all money around the world will be confiscated. And then it will equally distributed all the wealth in every human being. Do you know what will happen in Five Years? All that money will go back to the same Wealthy People who had the money before. All that money will go back to the Henry Sy, Lucio Tan, John Gokongwei, to Bill Gates, Mark Elliot Zuckerberg, etc..It will all go back. Why? because these are the people who had the mindset to create money and the ability to create money.
